Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Chase CCTV! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy below.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. The item must be in its original packaging.
  3. You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Exceptions:

  • Products that are opened, used, or damaged may not be eligible for a return.
  • Certain items such as custom orders or personalized products may not be eligible for returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear on your account depending on your payment provider.

Non-refundable Items:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for your return shipping.
  • Items that are marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it following the procedure above and place a new order for the replacement item.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Original shipping fees are also non-refundable.
